Our aim was to make the bar at the Miller the perfect living room… Open, wood-burning fireplaces (3 to be precise, not to mention the one in the restaurant!), comfy antique club chairs (with the occasional blown spring!) and a plethora old oak. All the beams have been blasted back to reveal their original character and we’ve hand-built a new bar out of 400 year old oak panelling. The dingy pub carpets have been stripped out to reveal a glorious antique wood floor which has been finished in black lacquer. During the day, the Miller bar is perfect for coffee and pastries (with the best cappuccinos and lattes around) or for a relaxing pint or glass of wine with a selection from our exciting bar menu.
