We search for the best local and British produce to create our daily changing menus the respect the natural cycle of the seasons and work with committed partner suppliers who share our vision:

- Fresh Seafood from Devon and Cornwall
- The Best Scottish Beef from the Highlands and Orkney from renowned local butcher Keith Macey in Cookham
- Fresh local produce including Dorney Court Asparagus, Apples, Plums and Raspberries
- Wild samphire and unique herbs from Cornwall

Equally, we forage for the best local Berkshire produce according to the seasons:
- Wild Blackberries and Damsons
- Wild herbs and garlic
- Woodland Mushrooms
- Walnuts

The Miller currently offers a regularly changing a la carte menu and prix fixe lunch menu offering exceptional value for money. If you have any special requirements or whims, just get in touch and we’ll do our best to accommodate!
