David Chamberlain, Head Chef at the Miller has trained for some of the best Chefs in the country including a year at Claridges under Gordon Ramsay.

Having been a Head Chef for over 5 years, David has worked at a handful of Michelin Star and 3 Rosette restaurants and achieved two Rosettes as Head Chef at the Orangery at Totworth Court in the Cotswolds before taking over at the Miller.

David is passionate about great British ingredients and using classical techniques with flare to get the best flavours onto the plate with a beautiful yet modern presentation befitting the eclectic style of the Miller.
